IRAL Aid Run to Jamaica

When Hurricane Melissa tore through Jamaica, it wasn’t just homes that were destroyed — it was the spirit of a nation tested by one of the strongest storms in its history. For Neville Hamilton, founder of IRAL and IRAL Creatives Steinbach Inc., the devastation hit painfully close to home. His hometown of St. Catherine, Jamaica, now faces flooding, collapsed roofs, and families struggling to find food, water, and shelter.
Out of that heartbreak, the IRAL Aid Run to Jamaica was born — a relief mission to ship life-saving aid directly to affected communities. The goal: to raise funds to purchase and fill a shipping container with essential items such as non-perishable food, medical and sanitary supplies, tents, sleeping bags, and building materials.
“This is personal,” says Neville. “We just rebuilt a church roof in July — one that was destroyed by a past hurricane. Now, that same roof is being tested again. I can’t stand by while my people suffer.”
The IRAL Aid Run isn’t just about sending supplies — it’s about sending hope. It’s a bridge from the people of Steinbach and Canada to the people of Jamaica, reminding them that they’re not forgotten. Together, we can help restore dignity, rebuild homes, and reignite faith in a brighter tomorrow.
